Spanish Chef Chele Gonzalez has had a love for the kitchen and all its intimacies from a very early age and after working with some of the world's most renowned restaurants including Arzak, El Bulli, and Mugaritz. His adventurous spirit brought him to the Philippines where he immediately fell in love with the culture and ultimately led him to establish his culinary playgrounds here including Gallery By Chele, Deli by Chele, and Stvdio Lab.
